When Sorrows Come release!
Hello! This is our first playable build for our entry to TOJAM 2021! It's about a week late but I hope you'll give us a chance!
When I first joined this project my responsibilities were solely to support with 2d graphics as a floater. Due to challenges in communication during the development process, the gameplay was largely unintegrated at the end of Sunday. Wanting to see the project through, my role changed from that of an art floater to that of a programmer as well, helping programming leads solve problems that came up during the project timeline. We've ironed out the kinks, solved implementation issues and pulled together something playable to share with the world!
We hope you enjoy the fruits of our labour! The plan is to make incremental updates to the project in the near future, though we're uncertain to what degree we want to polish this... still, very happy to have seen it through up to this point!
